For far too long I have compared myself to others.
Far too long have I felt like only one path was going to grant me success or that my ability to be the carbon copy of someone else was the only way I would have a successful future.
I am done.
I convinced myself that the best version of me was only the subpar version of others.
It has taken me months, but I now know that I do not have to live up to the standards of another human being to achieve all that I can in my own endeavors.
Being myself is what is going to get me hired. Being myself is what is going to make me happy. Being myself is what is going to make me the best version of myself.
